Not at all. Most clients start with minimal equipment, and I design your program around what you already have. If you’re building a home setup, I can recommend high‑quality essentials that fit your space and goals. The focus is on intentional, effective movement — not a room full of gear.

How does the hybrid coaching model work?

The hybrid model blends in‑person training with flexible, app‑based programming so you get structure, accountability, and convenience.
Hybrid Essentials includes 4 in‑person sessions per month with personalized app workouts, weekly check‑ins, and nutrition guidance — perfect if you want expert support while training independently between sessions.
Hybrid Elite includes 8 in‑person sessions per month plus fully customized app programming, weekly check‑ins, and nutrition coaching for a more hands‑on, high‑touch experience.

What is nutrition coaching and is it included in my plan?

Nutrition coaching is all about making the way you eat feel clear, doable, and aligned with your goals. You’ll get personalized macro guidance, curated meal ideas, and thoughtful meal plans that fit your lifestyle — paired with weekly check‑ins so you always know exactly what to focus on. It’s supportive, sustainable, and designed to help you feel your best without the overwhelm.

This level of nutrition support is included in both Virtual Training and Hybrid Coaching.
