My Story

I used to be the shredded trainer- and I loved it. I was obsessed with the rigidity, structure, and the feeling of being unstoppable. My whole identity revolved around being consistent and controlling every variable.

But that all changed when my husband and I decided we wanted to try for a baby. I took a step back from the bodybuilding world, thinking that in a few months I’d be pregnant. I had no idea that the chapter I was stepping into would be one of the hardest and longest I’ve ever experienced.

I had lost my period during bodybuilding and no... it didn’t just come right back. It took over 3 years of trying everything- supplements, protocols, rest, and a lot of hope.

And somewhere in the middle of all that, I woke up one day and realized I was 30lbs heavier, I was exhausted all the time, inflamed, discouraged, and disconnected from my body and the world I was living in. I became angry at myself and at the situation, because I was “doing everything right” and nothing was working.

And in that anger and frustration, I realized that what worked for my favorite fitness influencers wasn’t going to work for me — and neither were the cookie‑cutter, hormone‑friendly programs being pushed at

women. My body needed something different. Something smarter. Something aligned.

That’s when I began to understand feminine discipline — the discipline of showing up, being honest with yourself, and doing the work, while also honoring intuition, physiology, and the season you’re in. Women don’t always need more rigidity; we need more alignment.

So, I rebuilt my entire approach to fitness. It’s more intentional, more feminine, more intuitive, and more sustainable. It still asks you to work hard — but in a way that respects your body, your hormones, your life, and your evolution.
